Recent Nam Hai Review: "This is a beautiful concept on a beautiful beach with a very attentive staff close to interesting things to do...however...This hotel is very very expensive and did not live up to it's promise. Although the rooms were beautiful, they were very uncomfortable with many levels and poor lighting...up to bed, on your knees to slide under your legs under  the desk, down 4 steps to the sitting area, up a step from the bed to the bath in the room and then to the shower room... Neither restaurant had high quality food or choice. It was regular restaurant food...nothing creative or special and some of it was overcooked and some of it was really not very good at all. We were surprised that tour groups stayed at the hotel. It certainly did not present as a tour hotel. The staff were very helpful and attentive without being overbearing although there was allot of new staff who were not as well trained as the more experienced staff, So generally...too expensive for what it was supposed to be and tried to be...but a lovely beach and interesting area."
